When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
What do you charge for Ground Shipping?
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $8, and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please email support@echoclubhouse.com if you are interested in Express shipping.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days. You will be emailed a UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following day. For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1.213.742.1726 or support@echoclubhouse.com with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com. Please note: Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update!

What do you charge for shipping an order?
Shipping charges to Canada are a flat rate of $22 per order. Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited shipping to Canada at this time.
How do I track my package?
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered by Canada Post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com. Once your package enters Canada, you can track it at www.canadapost.ca for more in-depth information.
Will there be duties and taxes due on my order when it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping costs Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What if my country is not listed?
If you have a verified PayPal account, we can ship your order to your PayPal shipping address. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the USPS website to find any tracking information available for your package.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. All Returns/Exchanges must have the E.C.H. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.

We recommend you send back your return with insurance. Then you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Please keep in mind it takes 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
